my beloved magellan 360 freezed on me 2 weeks ago. It allows me to do everything right till the point it needs to generate a route. and this is the point where it does freeze. I am no gps wizz. Anyone can help? I would like to get it fixed, I called Thanes but to no resolution. So my question is, who can fix my Magellan 360? Thank you! Elena

Were you able to create routes before?

What happened just before it stopped creating routes (updates, accident, etc.)?

It was working just fine, suddenly it started to reste on its own, it started to freeze more and more, and since my last trip didn't work no more. I am sure I didnt drop it, and either I updated it since I don't know where to find the software. I got it on Ebay, and only after I received it I found out it was refurbished. so that is the sad story of my magellan. Do u have any clues for me?

I would contact Magellan support. In their repair department in Oklahoma, they offer repair or replacement upgrade. I sent in my old Map410 and got a new eXplorist XL for $240.
